Im Jahr 2013 nahm Tobias am Microsoft Imagine Cup teil und wurde zusammen mit seinem Team mit der AppCampus Startup Förderung von Microsoft und Nokia ausgezeichnet. Hierdurch konnte die gepitchte Projektidee zur marktreifen App ScreenFusion weiterentwickelt und vermarktet werden.
