SoSe2025: Welcome Day for International Students

In March we were happy to welcome new international students at 午夜探花. Through games and informative talks, the students got to know the university, each other and life in Ulm better. We wish everyone a good start to the semester!

WiSe2024/25: BUDDY -- Dokumentationszentrum Oberer Kuhberg

In February we visited the DZOK, a remembrance site for the early concentration camps. We learned a lot of interesting facts about the time of Nazi Germany.

WiSe2024/25: BUDDY -- Baking Event at the Museum for Bread & Art

In January, we visited the Museum for Bread & Art. We formed pretzels and other patterns out of dough and got to see the exhibition at the museum. The event was a lot of fun and we would like to thank the museum's team for an amazing afternoon!

WiSe2024/25: BUDDY -- Christmas Market

In December, together with the Buddy participants we went to the Christmas Market in Ulm. We drank punch and Gl眉hwein. Due to the great interest of the students, we talked about the Christian tradiotions surrounding Christmas and we visited the Ulmer M眉nster.

WiSe2024/25: Language Caf茅

In November, we organised a language caf茅 as part of the International Week. Here, around 30 students got to know each other and created a map of their home countries. At the event, sponsored by the Studierendenwerk, there were snacks and drinks and one could meet new people using various conversation starters.

WiSe2024/25: BUDDY -- Tour of the Botanical Gardens

In November, we received an interesting tour through the greenhouses of the Botanical Gardens at 午夜探花. We got to hear fascinating facts about different tropical spice plants that are typical for Christmas Time.

WiSe2024/25: BUDDY -- Kick-Off Event

In October, the winter semester started with the Buddy Kick-Off. With informational slides, games, snacks and drinks the students had the opportunity to get to know each other better. We are delighted to have many participants!

WiSe2024/25: Welcome Days for International Students

For our new international students, we held two Welcome Days in the beginning of October. Here, the students had the opportunity to hear informational presentations, attend a library tour and take part in a fun Campus Rallye.
