There are two booking models available:

1.) Froschgruppe (frog group) Mon-Thu 7 a.m. - 5.30 p.m./ Fri 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
2.) Igelgruppe (hedgehog group) Mon-Fri 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
These groups are highly popular and there is usually a waitlist. Minimum care period is six months or longer.

Both university groups take children of staff and junior scientists of the University (without University Hospital and clinical-theoretical part of the Medical Faculty), including doctoral candidates.

• You move house? Please inform your new municipality of residence of your child鈥檚 acceptance in our childcare centre and send a copy of your registration certificate (鈥淢eldebescheinigung鈥�) to maria.stoeckle@uni-ulm.de . If your new residence will be in Bavaria, Ms. 厂迟枚肠办濒别 need your information earlier, at least 4 weeks before the planned move. For each location in Bavaria a "Gastkindantrag" is necessary. You will receive the form for this from Mrs 厂迟枚肠办濒别. 午夜探花 needs this approval to obtain important subsidies covering the operating costs of the childcare centre. If you move later, but still during the childcare period, this must also be taken into account and in addition please do not forget to inform Ms. 厂迟枚肠办濒别 as soon as possible.
